Built a live integration between Salesforce Sales Cloud and Zendesk, enabling sales users to create support tickets directly from the Salesforce Account page.
Designed a dynamically rendered LWC form where field options were retrieved from Zendesk through REST APIs and stored in a custom Salesforce object for controlled rendering and reuse. On submission, the integration created Zendesk tickets with attachments and automatically associated them with the correct Salesforce account context.
The solution eliminated manual Zendesk entry, improved account-to-ticket tagging accuracy, accelerated support handoffs, and gave leadership real-time visibility into ticket activity through Salesforce reports and dashboards.
