Served as Technical Lead for a post-acquisition Salesforce-to-Salesforce migration, consolidating a larger Salesforce org into a smaller target org across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
The migration included 15M+ records, 100+ custom objects, and 80GB+ of attachments and files. A custom Java utility supported data extraction, transformation, object relationship mapping, attachment-to-ContentVersion conversion, and large-volume processing.
The cutover was completed with zero GTM disruption, allowing the business to keep operating throughout the consolidation and eliminating the need to maintain two parallel Salesforce systems.
