Manager Homescreen Rollout

Designed and rolled out a Salesforce homescreen experience for Account Management managers and line-level sellers.

The manager view was built around reports and dashboards to provide KPI visibility, team performance tracking, and operational accountability. The seller view combined custom LWC components with dashboards to create a unified daily workspace for account activity, performance visibility, and workflow execution.

The rollout saved every manager at least an hour a week and improved day-to-day adoption by giving managers and sellers a clearer, more actionable Salesforce starting point.
