Designed and implemented a Salesforce Data Cloud solution for a greenfield Salesforce org migration, enabling historical visibility and live product intelligence without overloading the new org with legacy transactional data.
Instead of migrating closed opportunities, quotes, quote lines, orders, products, and order products, Data Cloud streamed historical data from the legacy Salesforce org and surfaced it as related lists in the new org. This gave sales reps full account history while avoiding the cost, complexity, and risk of a full historical migration.
The solution also used zero-copy integration with Snowflake to surface product telemetry from multiple product servers directly on Salesforce Account records, giving sales teams live usage insights without ETL jobs, data duplication, or custom sync pipelines.
