Served as Technical Lead for a Classic-to-Lightning migration for an insurance and healthcare client with 4,000+ users.
The migration included moving key business processes from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience, converting Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations to Flow, and modernizing the data model by converting legacy Attachments to Content Versions.
The project improved user experience, reduced legacy dependency, and positioned the org to leverage Lightning's modern platform capabilities across a large and complex user base.
