Built an interactive account org chart as a Lightning Web Component using the GoJS diagramming library, embedded directly on the Account record page and available to the entire sales org.
The component visualizes the contact hierarchy within an account — rendering reporting relationships as a live, navigable tree built from Contact records and their manager/reports-to relationships in Salesforce. Reps get an immediate read of the customer's organizational structure without leaving the record.
Beyond viewing, reps can drag and drop contacts to reorganize reporting lines, click any node to navigate directly to the Contact record, and annotate contacts with notes or tags — capturing relationship intelligence like decision-maker status, champion, or blocker directly within the chart.
